OverviewAs Director, you will lead the general Asset Lifecycle Management and Utilities program to maximise asset value across their lifecycle.
You'll shape strategy, policy, and standards in collaboration with regional teams to align with sustainability and operational excellence.
You will drive energy efficiency, decarbonisation readiness, and capital project integration, delivering measurable improvements in reliability and lifecycle costs.
This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical execution to enable Kerry's sustainable growth.
ResponsabilidadesDevelop and deploy a multi-year ALM strategy aligned with growth, manufacturing excellence, asset insurability and sustainability
Set global asset design, maintainability, reliability, operability and lifecycle cost standards
Define asset criticality frameworks and lifecycle processes across sites
Embed energy efficiency, carbon, water, waste, refrigerant and climate-resilience into asset decisions
Create asset-class transition pathways for high-energy/fossil-fuel assets
Establish world-class asset care practices and reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA, predictive/conditional maintenance)
Partner with site teams to reduce failures and downtime; optimize spares and manage critical asset risk
Lead global utility performance programs across steam, refrigeration, HVAC,



water/wastewater systems
Ensure lifecycle principles in capital project planning and asset integration
Drive digital asset management (CMMS/EAM, APM, predictive analytics, IoT, digital twins)
Establish governance, KPI frameworks and capability building in Engineering, Maintenance and Operations
Collaborate with risk management and insurers; address climate risks and asset stranding threats
Support asset design reviews, start-up, commissioning and operational readiness
Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Engineering; master's or relevant certification preferred
Minimum 15 years of experience in asset management and utilities with lifecycle focus
Experience developing global standards in multi-site manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ISO *, asset management systems (AMS) and CMMS/EAM solutions (e.g., MaintainX)
Experience with insurers, risk engineers and loss prevention in manufacturing
Proven track record integrating energy, carbon, water and resilience into asset/CapEx decisions
