ResponsabilidadesLead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
Ensure timely, high-quality transformer order designs and quotations meeting customer, quality, and cost objectives
Drive engineering governance, resource planning and capacity management to support growth and operations
Manage engineering performance via KPIs,



productivity initiatives and standardization efforts
Oversee engineering budgets and align resources with strategic priorities
Champion deployment of engineering processes, tools and digital transformation to improve productivity
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales and customers to ensure alignment and delivery
Promote compliance, safety and sustainability by embedding HSE, Design for Safety and Design Sustainability principles
Requisitos principalesBachelor in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in Engineering operations, manufacturing engineering or order execution
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
Strong track record in performance management, cost control and KPIs
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
