ResponsabilidadesDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards from multiple data sources
Write advanced SQL queries to support reporting and analysis
Analyze complex datasets to deliver clear, actionable insights
Create reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture reporting requirements
Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers




Ensure data quality and address gaps or inconsistencies in reporting
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business teams
Requisitos principales4+ years in BI, data analytics, or similar roles
Strong hands-on Power BI experience including dashboard development and data visualization
Advanced SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience highly desirable
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with large-volume datasets and KPI reporting
Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
