OverviewIn this role, you lead the UX and UI direction for Retail Media across web and app, integrating third?party applications into MediaMarktSaturn platforms with a consistent, useful customer experience.
You work across discovery, research, ideation, design, delivery and optimisation, shaping priorities with product, business and tech teams.
You will influence the overall customer experience and the Retail Media offering, balancing user needs with business objectives and partner requirements.
This is a hands?on, end?to?end design role with a clear impact on product direction and usability.

ResponsabilidadesOwn and develop the UX/UI perspective for Retail Media across web and app
Translate customer needs, business objectives, partner requirements and technical constraints into product experiences
Use data, KPIs and insights to identify opportunities and support design decisions
Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing and solution validation
Lead ideation activities and workshops with cross?functional stakeholders
Shape ideas and requirements from discovery to delivery
Create concepts, user flows, interaction designs and prototypes
Refine product tickets and delivery artefacts
Contribute to planning, prioritisation and process improvement




Collaborate with product teams where Retail Media is used
Represent customer perspective in product and business discussions
Build constructive relationships with stakeholders with competing priorities
Ensure usable, accessible and consistent solutions aligned with the broader digital experience
Contribute to design systems and AI?assisted design and workflows
Requisitos principalesSignificant experience in UX/UI or Product Design, eight years or more
Broad understanding of end?to?end Product Design process
Experience designing digital products across web and app
Strong skills in user?centred design, interaction design, usability and prototyping
Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
Understanding of product KPIs, conversion and the link between customer value and business performance
Experience with user research, ideation, workshops and cross?functional teams
Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle complex situations
Ability to defend design decisions while remaining open to other perspectives
Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design and design systems
Proactive, independent work style with ability to create structure in complexity
Business awareness and ability to represent different interests
