Role reports to:CHANNEL ACTIVATION MANAGER MASS??:Europe/Middle East/Africa, Spain, Community of Madrid, Madrid???:??????????????As a Channel Activation pharma intern, you will learn to manage a brand activation in the channel to ensure market-leading excellence in execution towards consumer, shopper and customer.Estimated start date for this role will be January **.Main dutiesResponsible of the development and implementation of the Channel Activation PlanDevelopment and deployment of a Channel Activation Plan per brand, based on regional shopper strategic guidelines or defined hub campaign initiatives in combination with local market/customer strategies.Learning the relevance of execution, in order to work for the implementation of the plans per channel,



based on local knowledge and in alignment and coordination with all departments involved.Provide pharmacy sales teams with brand & category education and relevant detailing material.Understanding how the development and evaluation of campaign performance worksLearn to train commercial teams on perfect store guidelines and ensure execution through accountable plans.Help monitor and evaluate actual vs targets and to suggest corrective actions where needed.Responsible of Market monitoring and Insights SharingLearning on the syndicated data of each sub-channel and use it for interpretation.Coordinate in-depth Market Share Tracking on Channel and customer and discuss relevant actions with sales and brand activation teams respectively.
