Partner with senior GTM leaders to align Enablement strategy with global business outcomes
Build and scale programs to improve seller productivity and manager effectiveness
Define and execute a clear enablement roadmap focused on high-impact performance needs
Foster a high-performing culture through coaching, feedback, and accountability




Oversee quality and execution of the global program portfolio, from onboarding to leadership development
Define and operationalize success metrics linking enablement to measurable revenue outcomes
Drive the AI transformation strategy with AI-powered coaching, call analysis, and automated workflows
Requisitos principales10+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales, or CS Enablement within a GTM organization
5+ years of inspiring and leading global enablement teams
Experience partnering with senior commercial leaders
Experience in global B2B SaaS or technology environments
Hands-on enablement frameworks experience and knowledge of revenue methodologies and metrics
Evidence of linking Enablement strategy to business outcomes
Experience deploying AI or automation in enablement or GTM contexts
Fluent professional English; other languages are a plus
