ResponsabilidadesDesign, develop and maintain scalable Java backend systems
Build and evolve public and internal APIs with strong security and data handling
Apply Hexagonal Architecture for modular, maintainable codebases
Work with relational and non-relational databases (including Couchbase) for high-transaction workloads
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using observability tools (e.g., Datadog)




Ensure high-quality code through unit/integration/E2E tests and code reviews
Implement observability (metrics, logging, tracing) and manage technical debt
Collaborate with frontend team, pick up Vue.js work when required, and ensure end-to-end ticket delivery
Utilize AI coding assistants and Spec-Driven Development to guide implementation
Create and maintain technical documentation and support cross-functional collaboration
Requisitos principalesExtensive experience in Java backend development
Experience designing and implementing large-scale backend solutions in AWS
Strong RESTful API and microservices expertise
Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Couchbase)
Automated testing expertise (unit, integration, E2E), TDD, and CI/CD
Observability skills (Datadog): metrics, logs, traces
Familiarity with Maven, Gradle and Git-based workflows
Strong debugging in asynchronous/multi-threaded environments
Hands-on use of AI coding assistants for development tasks
