OverviewIn this role you will lead financial accounting, closing, and reporting within Wallbox's Finance team, ensuring accurate financial information and strong internal controls.
You will work cross-functionally to analyse performance, support audits, and drive process improvements.
You will help scale finance operations as the company grows internationally and professionalize reporting and governance.

ResponsabilidadesManage monthly and year-end closing processes and review balance sheet and P&L; for discrepancies
Perform reconciliations and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information
Prepare and support financial reporting and analysis; collaborate with accounting and finance teams
Support issue resolution and follow-up on accounting matters; contribute to process improvement
Monitor financial performance, analyze deviations from budget/forecast, and follow up on KPIs




Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and cross-functional collaboration
Support internal and external audits, strengthening controls and documentation
Identify and implement opportunities to standardise and automate accounting processes
Own assigned accounting processes end-to-end; manage deadlines and stakeholder communication
Requisitos principalesDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field
Several years of experience in financial accounting or financial reporting
Strong technical understanding of financial accounting and statements
Experience with month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations and analysis
Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
Experience with audits and financial controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in process improvement and automation
High autonomy, ownership and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Finance
