You will support Hugo and DS1 systems, explaining complex tech to healthcare professionals, SUS and FSEs, and coordinate remote and occasional on-site assistance across EMEA.The idóneo candidate holds an engineering degree or medical degree with technical skills, with strong problem solving, communication and documentation abilities.
