ResponsabilidadesDevelop concepts and visual directions for integrated brand campaigns aligned with audience insights and brand strategy
Create and adapt assets across digital, social, CRM, websites, retail, print and other touchpoints
Shape and evolve brand guidelines, creative frameworks and visual standards for consistency across markets
Leverage AI-assisted tools for ideation, prototyping and asset adaptation while maintaining brand discipline
Build scalable creative systems, templates and toolkits for cross-market adaptation across languages and formats
Collaborate with content, campaign, video, production, commercial and product teams to maintain consistency throughout delivery




Present creative thinking with clear rationale to stakeholders and adjust based on feedback
Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, brand application and AI-enabled workflows for better scalability and quality
Requisitos principalesProven experience in brand design, graphic design, campaign creation, art direction or creative development in an agency or in-house setting
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Portfolio showing concept development and execution across channels and touchpoints
Contributed to brand guidelines, design systems or similar frameworks supporting consistency and scalability
Strong design craft across layout, typography, visual hierarchy, imagery, and art direction for digital and print
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
Experience with AI-assisted tools, generative workflows or creative automation is desirable
Ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals and storytelling for presentations
Organised, proactive and collaborative, with ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines
Experience in multilingual, multi-market or matrix organisations is advantageous
