Manage project plans, scope, timelines, and objectives to ensure on-time delivery
Identify risks, craft mitigation plans, and coordinate cross-functional resolutions
Oversee team work within own function and cross-functional projects, with possible budget responsibilities
Develop talent plans aligned with departmental growth and capability needs
Lead cross-functional groups to provide design recommendations for components or products with moderate complexity
Participate in other incidental duties as needed
Requisitos principalesBachelor's Degree in related field
Experience in engineering management
Experience in a regulated industry
Fluent in English & Spanish
