Responsibilities / Tasks
As a People Partner Student, you will provide day-to-day support to the People team and contribute to key activities:
Support
People administrative processes
across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contractual changes, offboarding)
Maintain and update employee data in People systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring
accuracy and consistency
Assist in managing
employee queries
, providing first-level support with guidance from People Partners
Support
talent acquisition activities
(job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication)
Prepare
People documentation
such as contracts, certificates, and internal communications
Assist with
payroll and compensation data preparation and validation
Support
People projects and initiatives
(engagement, talent processes, reporting)
Contribute to ensuring alignment with




internal policies and local labor regulations
Your Profile / Qualifications
Currently pursuing a
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field
Eligibility to sign an
internship agreement with your university
Basic understanding of
People/HR processes
is a plus
Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage
