What we'd like you to do
Lead and mentor a team of GEO & SEO specialists, ensuring the implementation of best practices and continuous professional growth.
Lead team operations, resource allocation, and project planning.
Drive process excellence and AI-powered automation adoption.
Ensure service quality through SLA management and operational governance.
Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate changing priorities effectively.
Support team development through structured feedback.
Lead proposal development and client-facing strategic presentations.
Oversee project sizing, profitability, and delivery performance across the portfolio.
Collaborate with other digital marketing teams to ensure a holistic approach.
Stay up to date with the latest GEO & SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices and AI challenges.
Communication skills and ability to translate difficult GEO & SEO concepts into something non-SEOs can understand.
