Experteer Overview As Associate Legal Counsel, you will shape legal support for Ebury's global growth in finance and derivatives.
You'll partner with Front Office, Treasury and other teams to advise on ISDAs, FX terms and complex structures, while enabling new product design and market expansion.
This role blends legal risk management with commercial touch, offering development across governance, corporate structuring and regulatory matters.
You'll work in a fast-paced fintech environment and help drive strategic initiatives, including AI-assisted process improvements.

• Draft and advise on customer agreements (ISDAs, FX terms, finance terms) for institutional clients
• Contribute to design and rollout of new products (crypto, FX derivatives) and market expansion
• Prepare documentation for complex structures (funds, SPVs)
• Collaborate with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, HR, Operations to resolve queries
• Structure and negotiate strategic refinancings and banking partner negotiations
• Represent the company in interactions with clients,



counterparties and industry bodies
• Create templates, playbooks, procedures and self-service materials; support training initiatives
• Advise on corporate structuring with CFO and CLO to optimise general footprint while managing regulatory and tax matters
• Draft and negotiate third-party and intra-group agreements

• Legal qualification in a jurisdiction where Ebury operates
• ?3 years of legal experience in banking and finance or derivatives (internal or external)
• Interest in fintech and financial products
• Fluent English (advanced)
