As a Materials Management Specialist (m/f/d), you will report to the Plant Materials Manager within Supply Chain. The position is based in La Roca and offered on a fixed-term contract (12 months).
As a Materials Management Specialist, you are responsible for planning, synchronizing, and managing all materials (raw, semi-finished, and finished) across your assigned production areas to ensure optimal product availability within the Hager Group supply network.
Tasks
Plan, monitor, and optimize materials in SAP; create purchase orders
Coordinate with internal, external, and subcontracted suppliers
Manage subcontractor materials
Process customer orders and communicate availability dates
Escalate procurement, material,



or customer service issues promptly
Support production planning, performance analysis, and inventory optimization
Drive problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain/Logistics focus preferred) or equivalent commercial qualification with relevant experience
Several years' experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and product knowledge
SAP (MM, SD) and MS Office proficiency
Fluent English (French a plus)
Customer-focused, responsible, and analytical mindset
Strong team, communication, and organizational skills
Independent, goal-oriented, versátil, hands-on, and resilient
