Key Responsibilities

Preparation of claims (study of documentation and solvency analysis)
Filing and monitoring of demands
Attendance at visits
Negotiations with
clients/lawyers/insolvency

Monitoring and control of procedures managed by external lawyers.
Instigation of the procedures initiated: drafting of writings, appeals, updating of actions with
solicitors/lawyers/Courts,
procedural successions, etc.
Audit of files and control of actions
Monitoring of payment agreements reached
Professional
Experience/Qualifications:
Law degree
Specific training in quantity claim
High knowledge of bank products and financial institutions; loans, credit, and revolving cards
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in judicial claim of massive failed debt
Microsoft Office
High Office level
Organization
