Axpo Group in Madrid is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology for Energy Trading and Asset Optimization & Logistics.
You will act as the main liaison for business departments, analyze processes and data, translate needs into technical specs, and support change delivery across multiple locations.
The role requires 5+ years leading tech projects, solid energy market knowledge, and fluent English.
Spanish and/or German skills are a plus, with a hybrid work setup in Madrid.
