We are looking for aControllerto join ourGroup Management Control team, working at Corporate level and reporting to theHead of Group Controlling.In this role, you will act as aFinance Business Partner for assigned countries and corporate functions, combining financial analysis, planning and forecasting with close collaboration with local Finance teams and business stakeholders.

Your role will be tounderstand what is driving performance, challenge assumptions and translate financial insights into meaningful actions and better-informed decisions.
You will:
Support the definition and review of country and functional targets, analysing underlying assumptions, business drivers and alignment with Group financial and operational objectives.
Coordinate and prepare Budget and Forecast inputs for the assigned scope, in line with Group Controlling methodologies, challenging assumptions with local teams and supporting the Head of Group Controlling in their validation and defence through the relevant governance process.
Analyse Vigente versus Budget, Forecast and prior-year performance, including trends and run rates; investigate the root causes of material deviations and help translate findings into actionable conclusions and follow-up actions.
Build trusted relationships with Country CFOs, local Management Control teams and business leaders, acting as an integrated member of the local Finance community and providing constructive challenge and decision support.
Participate in local Finance meetings,



performance reviews and planning forums.
Support countries and corporate functions with financial analyses related to business initiatives, efficiency programmes and business cases, as required.
Maintain a forward-looking view of risks and opportunities; develop financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses to anticipate full-year impacts, improve forecast accuracy and support management decisions.
Analyse EBITDA, Capex, RLFCF, working capital and other relevant financial and operational KPIs, connecting performance with commercial, operational and investment decisions.
Prepare clear, timely performance analyses and decision-support materials for management and governance forums, coordinating with Reporting teams to ensure consistency of financial information.
Monitor agreed corrective actions and milestones with local teams, ensuring timely, actionable insights and contributing to the effectiveness of business partnering.
Contribute to the evolution of Group Controlling towards stronger country controlling and Finance Business Partnering, while supporting reporting requirements.

What You'll Bring
Approximately4–6 years of professional experience, with relevant exposure toControlling, FP&A;, Finance Business Partnering or related performance-management activities.
Experience working acrossmultiple countries or international business units within a multinational environment.
Strongbusiness acumen, with the ability to connect financial results with commercial and operational business drivers.
Strong analytical capabilities and the curiosity tounderstand the story behind the numbers, investigate deviations and challenge results constructively.
Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in aninternational matrix environment.
Nice to Have
Around2 years of direct Controlling experience.
Previousexternal audit experience, particularly within a Big Four firm.
Master's Degree inFinance, Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge ofSAP and/or other ERP and financial systems.
AdvancedSpanish, French or another Cellnex language.
