What we look for?
We are looking for a practical, hands-onSoftware/Data Engineerto help build, modernize, and support our client'sData Platform.
We are seeking someone who combines strong data engineering expertise with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will work with technologies includingSnowflake, SQL, Python, dbt, Azure Data Factory, Generative AI and Power BI, contributing both to new solutions and existing production environments.
Design, develop and maintainSnowflakedata models, transformations, views and data pipelines.
Build and enhancedbtmodels, including testing, documentation and deployment.
Develop and maintainETL/ELT workflowsand data integration solutions.
DevelopPythonutilities, automation tools and services for data processing, testing and troubleshooting.
Work withAzure DevOps and/or GitHub, inclusive of pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Support production systems, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and drive operational improvements.
Contribute toGenerative AI and AI-enabled solutions, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Support existing.NET/C# servicesand occasionally contribute toReact/TypeScriptapplications.
Collaborate with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
Support data platforms poweringPower BI dashboards, analytics, semantic models, client insights and AI-driven use cases.
Strong experience withSQL, Snowflake and data engineering.




Good understanding ofdimensional modelling and Kimball methodology, including facts, dimensions, grain, historical data and conformed dimensions.
Hands-on experience building and maintainingdbtmodels and applying engineering best practices.
Experience withAzure Data Factory, Azure Functions and Azure Pipelines.
StrongPythonprogramming skills for data engineering, automation, testing and integrations.
Experience withGenerative AI tools and AI-enabled solutions.
Familiarity withAzure DevOps and/or GitHub, version control and CI/CD methodologies.
Knowledge ofPower BI, semantic models and data consumption patterns.
Ability to work autonomously on well-defined requirements while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Experience with.NET/C# and xUnitor similar testing frameworks.
Knowledge ofReact, TypeScript, Vite, React Query, MSAL and OAuth.
Advanced Snowflake capabilities such asSnowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Secure Views and performance tuning.
Experience inFinancial Services, Asset Management, Marketing or Client Servicesenvironments.
Understanding ofmetadata management, data lineage and modern data products.
