Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries in German and Spanish via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and service requests
Accurately log all interactions and follow escalation protocols when needed
Contribute to team quality and satisfaction targets
Work rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights (including night shifts in Madrid)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services
What We're Looking For:




Native or near-native German speaker (required); Spanish at B2 level or above
Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments is a plus
Comfortable with rotating shift patterns, including evenings and nights
Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid or Valencia
Proactive, team-oriented mindset
