Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support and solutions to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate proactively with internal teams to address complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Stay informed of company products, services, and policies to offer accurate information.

Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
