The focus is on moving beyond transactional buying to long-term partnerships with suppliers that secure supply, support innovation and drive growth.
This is a role for a builder and a partner.
Key Responsibilities Lead the integral sourcing strategy across raw materials, ingredients, packaging and indirect spend Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers, balancing cost with supply security and shared value Partner closely with R&D;, Operations and Commercial on innovation and growth Lead and develop an international team, shaping its structure, culture and capabilities Raise standards in category management, governance and compliance Success Measures ** months)
