As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with our community standards, creating a safe and positive online environment for our Portuguese-speaking users.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content in Portuguese to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Accurately classify content based on established policies and guidelines.
Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to improve moderation strategies.
Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance moderation processes.




Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.
Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and tactfully.
Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
Self-driven and capable of working independently while collaborating with a team.
