As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content, ensuring it complies with community guidelines and creates a positive experience for Spanish-speaking users.
Key Responsibilities
Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
Classify content accurately based on set guidelines and make informed moderation decisions.
Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation strategies.




Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes and maintain quality standards.
Stay updated with company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions.
Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
