Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority strategic projects.
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.




* Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks and deviations from the plan.
* Ensure clear and consistent communication channels are maintained with all stakeholders.
* Implement and refine project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on strategic projects.
* Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
* Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
* Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid team structure.
