Banco Santander SA is seeking an SCIB Sales-Structuring Executive Director based in Madrid to lead end-to-end back-leverage transactions and to drive structuring excellence across EMEA.
The role requires coordinating with trading, sales, legal and risk teams while delivering complex financing solutions with a disciplined risk framework.The adecuado candidate will have 10+ years in structured finance, strong origination and underwriting experience, and a Master in Finance or equivalent.
