Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences.
Stay informed about products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.




Contribute suggestions to enhance customer service processes and overall experience.
Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous customer service or customer solutions experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia supported by paid relocation.
