You will support the Store Manager, cascade training programs, and promote Shadowing: Observation, Feedback and Coaching across the store.
The role requires 4+ years in retail training or management, a Bachelor in L&D;/HR/Psychology, and excellent presentation skills.
English fluency is essential and you will join an international team focused on excellence.
