Experteer Overview In this role you will be a technical resource across Europe, supporting customers, sales teams and partners with expert application knowledge in ion exchange and adsorption. You will help optimize processes, troubleshoot performance issues, and support business development through technical insights and data-driven recommendations. • Provide technical support for ion exchange, adsorbent, and catalyst applications
• Evaluate customer processes and identify resin optimization opportunities using data analysis, site audits, and digital tools
• Assist with commissioning, start-up, optimization, investigations and issue resolution
• Support sales teams with product selection, troubleshooting, and application recommendations
• Collaborate with regional sales and account managers to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Deliver technical input during customer visits, bids, and proposals
• Support process evaluations and design calculations using internal tools (PRSM)
• Coordinate or conduct lab and pilot-scale studies with Ru**D and application teams




• Contribute to product development and innovation through collaboration with Ru**D, Product Management, and Marketing
• Deliver training, seminars, and technical documentation for customers and internal teams
• Maintain strong technical expertise in ion exchange and related separation technologies Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in a related scientific discipline
• Minimum 3 years in technical consulting, applications engineering, process engineering, water treatment or related industrial tech
• Strong understanding of chemistry and industrial process applications
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Europe
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
