Payments Operations Specialist to support the end-to-end student payment lifecycle, including payment processing, loan operations, documentation management, refund handling, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an excellent student experience. Manage and process student payments, ensuring accuracy across payment schedules, billing records, and partner systems. Maintain and validate payment data, reconcile transactions, and monitor enrollments to ensure data integrity across systems. Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas (e.g. XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), data validation, reporting,



and working with large datasets. Experience working with operational systems such as billing platforms, CRM tools, help desk systems, or data management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with financial, operational, and student-related data. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and time-management skills. Experience using collaboration and documentation tools such as Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
