Lead the architecture and deployment of modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Endpoint Manager (Intune), and collaboration platforms (e.
Teams, SharePoint). Assess current workplace environments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology upgrades or process changes.
Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure workplace solutions meet organizational security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and architecture diagrams for EUC solutions.
Evaluate tools to enhance end user productivity and experience.
Drive automation initiatives to streamline device provisioning, application deployment, patching, and configuration management.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).5+ years of experience in end user computing, workplace architecture, or related IT roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, mobile device management (MDM), and VDI solutions.
Experience with device lifecycle management, application packaging and deployment, and identity and access management.
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Citrix Certified Expert) are a plus.
