Experteer Overview In this role you will define and enhance end-to-end processes to strengthen operational resilience and business continuity, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements such as DORA. You will partner with business and technology teams to keep processes efficient, well-governed, and aligned with service objectives. You will drive continuous improvement across the organization and contribute to BIA/BCP/DR testing within a regulated financial services environment. The position offers adaptable working from home up to 40% and a chance to shape resilience strategy for a major European exchange group. Compensaciones / Beneficios

• Align processes with SLAs and service objectives
• Support Business Continuity activities (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing)

• 3+ years in process management (BPM)
• 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR)
• Experience with SLA definition
• Background in regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
• Knowledge of risk management
• Experience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar)
