About the Role
Our client, a leading consultancy firm focused on enhancing operational efficiency and compliance, is seeking an experienced remote Especialista Remoto en Higiene y Seguridad Alimentaria to join their team. This fully remote position requires knowledge of HACCP principles and international food safety standards to advise clients, conduct virtual audits, and implement robust food safety systems from Spain.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert remote consulting on food hygiene, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement HACCP plans and other food safety systems.
Conduct virtual audits and assessments to identify non-compliance or risk.
Assist clients with corrective action plans and training programs.
Stay updated on evolving food safety legislation and industry trends.




Maintain client relationships and contribute to new service development.
RequirementsBachelor's or Master's in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or related field.5-7 years of experience in food safety, QA, or regulatory compliance.experience conducting audits.
Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and remote work.
Spanish language required; English is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
