Our partner is looking for a Finance Specialist based in Spain. This is a key finance role within a fast-scaling digital-first environment where accuracy, structure, and commercial awareness directly support business growth. The role combines core accounting responsibilities with analytical support, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys both operational finance and business-facing collaboration. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to enable informed strategic and operational decision-making. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring consistency, reconciliation of discrepancies, and compliance with accounting standards. Monitor cash flow performance and support recommendations to improve financial efficiency and stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project budgets, expense tracking, and financial planning. Assist with tax filings, statutory reporting, financial statements, and audit-related requirements. 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, ideally within a marketing, media, or service-based agency.



Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of core accounting principles including AP, AR, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling. Exposure to or understanding of advertising, media, or digital agency financial operations is a plus. 100% remote work with CET-aligned
