Wolters Kluwer is a general leader in information services and solutions for professionals in the finance, tax and accounting, risk and compliance, health and legal sectors. We help our customers make critical decisions every day by providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services. We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team.
About the role
Help shape how Wolters Kluwer's Revenue Operations and Commercial Transformation organisation runs, makes decisions and advances strategic priorities. Working closely with the strategy lead, you will combine business coordination, analysis and project support. You will help leadership forums run effectively, maintain a clear view of strategic initiatives, and turn complex information into recommendations and executive-ready materials. This role suits someone with 3+ years of relevant experience who enjoys varied work, brings structure to ambiguity and takes pride in both thoughtful analysis and reliable execution. What you will do Coordinate preparation and follow-through for senior leadership forums, business reviews and town halls, shaping agendas, consolidating contributions, preparing materials and tracking decisions and actions. Maintain an up-to-date view of the RevOps and Commercial Transformation project portfolio, working with initiative owners to surface progress, dependencies, risks and decisions requiring leadership attention. Build analyses, business cases and recommendations for strategic projects, translating findings into clear executive presentations and concise written materials. Help mobilise project teams assembled around specific topics, bringing together relevant experts and supporting scope definition, workplans, milestones and delivery coordination.
Support cross-functional projects through practical PMO discipline, maintaining clear responsibilities, tracking actions and escalating issues early. Respond to emerging priorities and varied business questions, learning new topics quickly and delivering accurate, well-structured work under time pressure. What you will bring Typically 3+ years of experience in sales strategy, business operations, consulting, transformation or PMO roles. Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex inputs into a clear narrative for senior audiences. Structured analytical thinking and strong Excel skills, including the ability to build analyses and basic business cases. Confident stakeholder coordination across teams and seniority levels, supported by excellent written and spoken English. Experience in a global technology, enterprise software or B2B business is particularly relevant. Sales strategy or business operations experience within a commercial organisation is a strong advantage. Practical Salesforce experience is highly valued; familiarity with Power BI or SQL is helpful but optional. You will gain direct exposure to senior leadership priorities and consequential projects across Revenue Operations and Commercial Transformation. The role combines close coaching with increasing responsibility, offering the opportunity to strengthen your commercial judgement,
analytical skills and ability to deliver across a complex global organisation. Employer values and culture All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, transgender status, and sexual orientation), national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. We are committed to helping professionals navigate complexity, improve the way they work, and solve critical challenges through cloud-based, AI-powered platforms that integrate seamlessly into their workflows and ecosystems. Today, nearly 70% of our digital revenues come from AI-powered solutions, reflecting our strategic focus on embedding AI into professional workflows and delivering measurable productivity gains. With a nearly 190-year legacy, Wolters Kluwer continues to evolve its portfolio of digital solutions and services to meet the changing needs of professionals worldwide, enabling them to work faster, make smarter decisions, and deliver better outcomes. We value authenticity and want to ensure we're getting to know you—not a digital assistant. To help maintain this integrity, we ask to remove virtual backgrounds and include in-person interviews in our hiring process. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process. We deliver trusted, AI-powered expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge, proprietary content, and advanced technology to provide expert-validated insights, automate workflows, and drive better outcomes. Our code of business ethics articulates this principle and underpins our commitment to equal opportunity.
