• Conduct or assist in staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and confidence in wine service.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with company and local standards. Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar F&B; role within a luxury or fine-dining environment.




• Proven ability to lead by example and assist in developing the team's knowledge and performance.
• High level of spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish. Candidates must hold a valid work permit that allows them to work legally in Spain. Spanish / English Excellent training and development opportunities.
