We are currently looking to incorporate a Quality Manager to be part of the team and lead the organization's general quality strategy.

We are looking for a Quality Officer with a strong track record in electronic manufacturing environments (EMS) and proven experience in highly regulated sectors such as Automotive (IATF *) and/or Aerospace (AS****). The selected person will lead the organization's global quality strategy, ensuring compliance with our clients' standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. You will have direct responsibility for the departments of:Customer QualityRepair and fault analysisQuality Management System (QMS)Be a key member of the management team, driving a culture of quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the company.
Education Industrial Engineering, Electronics,



Telecommunications or similar.
Complementary training in Quality, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
Experience Minimum 3 years in quality leadership positions.
Experience in industrial or EMS environments.
Management of multidisciplinary teams.
Experience working with OEM customers and high-end projects.
Technical Expertise IATF *ISO ****APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA8D and Root Cause AnalysisAudit ManagementSupplier quality and continuous improvementStrong verbal and written communication skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
Data-driven continuous improvement mindset.
