Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations for the MEDNA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
You will partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to drive improvements across multiple countries.You will lead a multi-level payroll team, monitor KPIs, maintain process documentation, and support system enhancements.
The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and supports a global, versátil work arrangement.
