ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales GrowthIdentify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound and inbound activities such as calls, emails, and lead follow?ups.
Manage the Full Sales CycleSupport and coordinate the entire sales cycle, from pre?sales discussions, complex quoting, demo organization, closing business, and organizing post?sales support.
Assist in preparing commercial offers, tender responses, quotes, and order bookings.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM/customer databases.
Answer customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve concerns via phone and email communication.

Collaboration with Field Sales & Internal TeamsWork closely with assigned Account Managers to support territory planning and customer strategy.
Administrative & Reporting DutiesHandle key administrative tasks including quote preparation, database updates, project?based reporting, and support documentation.
Continuously research and maintain a database of prospects and new leads.
