Experteer Overview In this role, you will contribute to aircraft modification projects by designing and integrating mechanical systems. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with production engineering, stress, and suppliers to meet design-to-weight and design-to-cost goals. You will engage in testing, inspections, and documentation to support project success. This is an opportunity to shape aerospace modifications within a global, multi-site environment. • Develop mechanical designs and structures per established principles under Mechanical Lead guidance
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings for parts and assemblies, including interfaces and standards
• Define mechanical interfaces with suppliers and customers
• Support manufacturing and installation through reviews, deviations, and concessions
• Ensure design-to-weight and design-to-cost alignment with project requirements
• Identify and evaluate risks, proposing innovative mitigation approaches
• Collaborate with Production Engineering, Stress, CVE, Flammability, and suppliers for regulatory compliance




• Support testing and prepare related reports
• Assist in project quotations and small project cost estimates
• Conduct technical aircraft inspections (photographs, dimensions, 3D scanning) and document lessons learned Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering
• u003e=5 years in Mechanical Engineering Design or Aeronautical Structures
• Ability to develop differentiating concepts (mechanisms, kinematics)
• Proficiency in CAE and CAD tools, preferably Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and AutoCAD
• High level of English; experience in international environments
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
