Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority strategic projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets,



and risk assessments.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks and deviations from the plan.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication channels are maintained with all stakeholders.
- Implement and refine project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure project alignment with the company's strategic vision.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on strategic projects.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid team structure.
- Based in Valencia, Valencia, ES, or able to work remotely within Spain.
