Medtronic is seeking a full-time Remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 platform across the EMEA region. You will explain complex technical issues to health care professionals, start-up specialists and field service engineers, leveraging your medical-technical background in a remote setting.

In this role you drive escalation, collaborate with peers on troubleshooting, and manage documentation while providing occasional onsite support
