Sanofi in Barcelona is seeking a Workday Digital Product Owner for Absence to drive the Time & Attendance lifecycle across a general footprint. You will configure and maintain Workday Absence Management with multi-country leave and time-off plans, while coordinating with HR, Legal, Payroll and Digital teams.
You will oversee vendors, ensure GDPR compliance, and lead change management for upgrades and regulatory shifts.
