Job Summary
We are looking for Spanish Language Experts to support an AI training project focused on high-quality audio transcription and linguistic data. You will use your Spanish language expertise to create accurate transcriptions and annotations that help improve next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe Spanish and English audio content as required.
- Review, edit, and proofread transcripts for clarity, consistency, and linguistic accuracy.
- Add relevant metadata and contextual annotations to audio files.
- Follow project guidelines and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Complete assignments within established timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and clarify ambiguous audio or linguistic content.
- Provide feedback on transcription tools, workflows, and linguistic challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
- Strong spoken and written Spanish comprehension.
- Professional experience in audio transcription or related language work.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with transcription platforms and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
- Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
- Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and accuracy.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model handling of sensitive topics.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish . Business-level written English .
- A Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress.
- Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
Preferred
- Based in Spain or the wider Western Europe region.
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
