About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of extracurricular and recreational activities for children (ages 5-12).




- Develop program schedules, activity plans, and budgets in collaboration with the center's management.
- Supervise and lead activity instructors and volunteers, ensuring quality delivery of programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in the programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding program schedules, activities, and student progress.
- Source and manage relationships with external providers and partners for specialized activities.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage program registration, attendance, and related administrative tasks.
- Promote the extracurricular programs within the school community and local area.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during program activities.

Requirements

- Higher education degree or equivalent experience in Education, Recreation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating or managing extracurricular activities or youth programs.
- Proven ability to plan and execute engaging activities for children.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of child development and safety principles.
- Experience in budget management and vendor relations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in both on-site and remote settings.
- Passion for child development and creating positive youth experiences.
