Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is searching for a strategic and accomplished Director/a de Recursos Humanos (Senior HR Director) to lead their HR function in Almería, Andalusia. This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing the overall HR strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives. You will oversee all HR operations, including talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance. The idóneo candidate is a seasoned HR professional with a proven ability to drive organizational success through effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's growth and strategic goals.
- Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all Spanish labor laws and regulations.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and influence key business decisions.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through talent management initiatives, succession planning, and change management programs.




- Develop and manage the HR budget effectively.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that enhances employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

- Significant experience (8+ years) in senior HR leadership roles, with a strong strategic focus.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs.
- Expertise in all core HR functions, including talent management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and advise executive leadership.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing HR operations in a dynamic business environment.
