From apple sorbet to zabaione: in your role as Head Pastry Chef (m/f/d), you’ll be creating delicacies that provide the perfect finishing touch to our buffets. Whether at a gala dinner, a traditional buffet or in our speciality restaurant, your desserts are a true work of art, full of sweet temptations.

Your job: Fascinate our guests with your creations

As a chef patissier, you prepare the sweet dishes and desserts for our menus and buffets along with the ROBINSON bistro line. Show your talent as a chef patissier in the creation of sweets for such special events as a picnic by the lake or a romantic dinner on the beach. Your creativity makes it possible for you to present each dessert as an exciting dish.

As a chef patissier, you offer pure indulgence to our guests

You’re not just a patissier but also a quality manager in your field. Your role is to ensure that our guests get the best possible taste experience. You also make quality comparisons and formulate purchasing lists. With your expertise, you check incoming deliveries for quality and quantity and ensure proper storage.



You also try to provide the guests with an unforgettable and delicious vacation and maintain friendly contact with them.

For your new job as chef patissier, you should bring your passion and the following:

- Training as a pastry chef or chef
- Several years of job experience as a patissier
- Team-oriented, independent and responsible work method
- High technical competence combined with social skills and enjoyment of interacting with international guests and colleagues
- Flexibility and a willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six consecutive months
