Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Project Manager

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?

You will be part of a digital team where you will design, develop and enhance solutions already operating in production environments, tackling real-world challenges alongside a multidisciplinary team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE?

- Define and maintain the project plan, roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including functional and technical consultants, Power BI, Power Platform, integration teams, and business areas.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budget, team capacity, and potential scope changes.
- Establish and maintain the project governance model, including committees, reporting, KPIs, escalation processes, and decision-making mechanisms.
- Oversee the different implementation phases: analysis, design, development, testing, migration, training, deployment, and post-production support.
- Coordinate Dynamics 365 integrations with CRM, SAP, HR systems, Microsoft 365, and other corporate systems.
- Ensure effective change management, solution adoption, and knowledge transfer to the teams.
- Organise the support model, monitoring SLAs and prioritising incidents and enhancements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- University degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification, preferably in a technology-related field.




- At least six years of experience managing Dynamics 365 projects.
- Experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
- Experience coordinating functional, technical, and business teams.
- Projects with real technological impact.
