On behalf of a prestigious high luxury brand, we are recruiting the following profile:

CRM MANAGER – IBERIA & GREECE / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MADRID

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement CRM and clienteling strategies across Spain, Portugal and Greece, ensuring consistency with the brand's integral objectives.
- Monitor and analyse clienteling KPIs and performance across the three markets, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Drive initiatives aimed at strengthening client relationships, increasing customer loyalty and maximising client lifetime value.
- Work closely with boutique teams to develop and implement effective clienteling activities and ensure consistent execution across markets.
- Support and engage retail teams in the adoption of CRM tools, clienteling practices and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate CRM activities, campaigns and clienteling initiatives across the region, ensuring effective planning and execution.
- Visit boutiques across the three markets to support teams on the ground,



share best practices and monitor implementation.
- Participate in client events and other relevant initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

- Excellent command of English and Spanish, both mandatory.
- Previous experience in CRM, clienteling or customer relationship management, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple markets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with boutique and retail teams.
- Business-driven mindset, proactive approach and strong focus on client engagement and commercial performance.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Spain, Portugal and Greece.
