Netflix is hiring a Customer Experience agent in Lisbon, Portugal, to support Basque and Spanish-speaking customers on-site. You will join a multilingual team driving the best Netflix experience for subscribers. 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Basque native or fluent, Castilian Spanish fluent, and English at least B1 are required. Relocation/live-in support, health insurance from Day 1, and a 2-week training program are provided.
